Another great podcast with a few twists. Sorry you both had tough days on the day the DVDs came out! You went through a lot to get them. Well done. I agree with most of what you said! The cover is a lot better than I pictured. The extras are funny but too short. And that little piece of flimsy paper insert is a big disappointment.
But, still, I love the show and anything about the show, so I'm happy. Watching the episodes will help carry me until the season starts. Whenever that is.
Today I got a text from Meatball telling me to hurry and listen to Reapercast... talk about role-reversal.
I'm glad to hear you again. Great way to start my morning. The Vessel Box is becoming a dominant part of each podcast. The day might come when you hafta pick out a top-5 emails or something to showcase each time. And when that dark day DOES come, I promise I won't have hurt feelings when you leave me out.
I loved the story of your heroic searches for a copy of Reaper. It seems y'all werent MEANT to have bought it.
I actually have something negative to say about your show today, and you probably could have seen it coming.
Your DVD review was way too HARSH, guys! They did come up short of our expectations, but our expectations were kind of high after the waiting. I for one loved the commentary! Like you said, the box and unsatisfying features are a testament to the lack of promotional support. But just try to remember all the DVDs that give you nothing extra but spanish subtitles.
Well I am enjoying the DVD's thanks Casey. The show was good, you guys keep up the good work. And try and have some fun Jerad!
